Partner Training
Partner Training is an affordable way to get more direct time with your couch. Workouts are designed to address partners with similar abilities, needs, and goals.
Small-Group Training
Our most affordable option, Small-Group Training still gives you a great workout. Choose between a 75-minute Strength Class designed to help you get strong safely and a 60-minute Strength and Conditioning Class, which will drive your heartrate up.
Add a twice a week, remote-only Mobility subscription to become more flexible and to gain or maintain control of that flexibility.
Bodywork
Our head coach is certified in Thai Bodywork, Theragun, and Assisted Stretching. She combines those three elements to give you the relaxing bodywork you've always dreamed of. All bodywork sessions are fully clothed, so wear something comfortable and stretchy.
Remote Mobility Subscription
For only $45 per month, you'll be able to attend three 45-minute Zoom-based Mobility classes every week. Can't make it to class? You'll get access to the recording within 24-hours so you can mobilize at your own convenience. The classes are based on the principles of Functional Range Conditioning and are designed to increase your joints' ranges of motion as well as control of those ranges of motion. They may not be suitable for those with osteoporosis or osteopenia.
